HAKUENKA -AA is the composite products with precipitated calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate. The product coated with rosin acid improves its compatibility with synthetic rubbers. It shows the excellent reinforcing properties to the synthetic rubber. Characteristics in rubbers Magnesium carbonate forms a part of the product and its plate-like particle shape improves the shrinkage of uncured rubber and it produces flat and glossy surface. It provides uncured rubber compound with the tackiness and may therefore be applied as the filler to synthetic rubbers with lower tackiness. It is much brighter than clays, and is applied to bright-colored synthetic rubber products. In the mixture of NR and SBR , it provides the constant tensile strength with any blending ratio. Uniformed cell structure is formed with good tear strength in rubber sponge products.
